Mr. Rashid Sayyad is a founding Director of the Company, bringing with him over 35 years of extensive experience in Corporate Accounts and Housing Society Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Tax Planning and Management, and has completed the Government Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy reflecting a strong academic foundation aligned with his professional expertise.

His core competencies span end-to-end housing society management, including society accounting and audits, legal and statutory compliances under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act (MCS Act) and applicable bye-laws, Managing Committee & General Body meetings and documentation, vendor and facility management, member grievance redressal, digital record management, and budgeting with robust financial controls.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sayyad has successfully overseen the daily operations of numerous small & mid-sized residential societies, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and consistently high service standards.

In his role as Director, he is responsible for society accounts management, back-office support, operational oversight, and regulatory and audit compliances. He works closely with Housing Societies, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Developers, and Service Partners to deliver reliable, transparent, and technology-driven housing management solutions.
